Rocki Track is a free bus route planning tool for the Sacramento community, provided by Alcazar Digital Systems. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Rocki Track helps you plan bus routes in the Sacramento area using publicly available transit and mapping data. It's provided free of charge, with no account required.

No guarantee of accuracy

Route times, transit schedules, and directions are generated from third-party data (including Google Maps Platform and transit agency data) and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable at times. Rocki Track is a planning aid, not a real-time guarantee — always confirm departure times and routes with the transit agency directly, especially for time-sensitive trips.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for verifying route and schedule information before relying on it.
You're responsible for your own safety while traveling, including how and when you use your device (e.g., not while driving).
Location access is optional and used only to help you fill in a starting address — you remain in control of when it's shared.

Third-party services

Rocki Track relies on Google Maps Platform for address search, geocoding, and directions. Your use of those underlying services is also subject to Google Maps Platform's Terms of Service. We don't control the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party data.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Rocki Track to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service (for example, automated scraping or excessive scripted requests), or to violate any applicable law.

No warranty

Rocki Track is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcazar Digital Systems is not liable for any missed buses, delays, travel disruptions, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Rocki Track.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Rocki Track at any time, and may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
